The Masterflex E/S^TM portable sampler is an ideal peristaltic pump for environmental sampling due to its ease-of-use, power versatility and portability.  The variable-speed motor is capable of up to 400 revolutions per minute (rpm), reverse flow and prime/purge action. The internal rechargeable 12 volt DC battery allows the user to operate the pump for up to four hours without power backup; an AC or 12 volt DC power source will operate the pump indefinitely.

The E/S^TM portable sampler is manufactured in a highly visible yellow case, which allows for easy recognition in the field, and if needed, easy recovery.  The rechargeable battery should be charged via an AC or DC voltage power source with a lower voltaic potential than the battery.  The pump weighs 16.5 lbs. (7.5 kg) and is shipped with an AC adapter with a 12-foot cable and instruction manual.
